I read this very interesting article about overseas surrogacy. I don’t have a problem with it, particularly, as long as the surrogates are adequately cared for and are not taken advantage of.

Here’s my question: A child is born from the egg and sperm of Americans, but carried in India in the body of an Indian woman. Is he a “natural born citizen?”
