Cameron’s stupid fucking austerity plan has savaged the UK economically. And a Marshall plan for the Middle East is ambitious as all-get out, but it’s certainly a good idea… sometime.

How do you manage to deal with the fact that some heavily socialist countries like Denmark have greater social mobility and greater levels of entrepreneurship than the US, by the way? Do you prefer to ignore it, or special-plead those cases?
