That pretty much confirms what I suspected. The information was shared. There are certainly holes in the system but everybody did (more or less) what they were supposed to. Not every informant is honest and we can’t round up people based on one tip otherwise every one with a family grudge or business dispute who turn people in to the US for revenge. Also the info coming in November is pretty recent and may not have been enough time to investigate.
