My bizzare-yet-great recipie for tonight— one of my wife’s favorites:

Thinly sliced steak on cucumber topped with wasabi mayonnaise or horseradish.

Sounds good. Don’t sweat the difference between wasabi and horseradish. They’re actually the same thing with the addition of food coloring. Real wasabi is very expensive (about $100 per pound) and even most good sushi joints don’t offer the real thing.
