New George Washington dollar coin missing “In God We Trust”
There were dire warnings:

It had better be somewhere on the coin.
Sooner or later, something will be the “last straw” and this country will revolt.

A dwindling number of freepers still trust their lying eyes over an internet post, though, and the revolt had hardly begun before they directed the poster to this article: “In God We Trust” IS on the new dollar coin..

The motto is stamped on the side of the coin, where anyone can see it.

This revelation did not entirely mollify the outrage, however:

Since when, in this country, did Faith become a “side” issue?
