The feds and Louisiana should do whatever it takes and bill BP including seizure of assets if necessary.

BP may have the $ to spend $7 a day.
But Louisiana doesn’t.

But I agree with you - we need to do what we’ve got to do and settle the account later.
But there may be laws in place dealing with these things; I’m not sure why Jindal can’t just move ahead, but has to wait for BP to “approve” payment.
