About the only thing in common is that both are from Texas. Perry wouldn’t be Bush redux. Bush pushed for and got NCLB and Medicare Part D. Perry would undermine all that and more.

To the cheering delight of the masses who wouldn’t quite get that they’ve undermined their own safety net and programs that benefit them and their states.
