I don’t believe that it was the intention of Zombie to use that event to make broad generalizations about gays. IIRC, his/her whole point of covering the event was to document proof that people were having sexual intercourse in public, outdoors in broad daylight. The event organizers, the SFPD, and the San Francisco media all denied this, so he/she went to get evidence.

If there was an implied “all teh gheyz are leik this!!11!” I did not catch it.

There has certainly been such an inference made by people other than Zombie.
