Also, I suspect that the photo might have been miscaptioned, but not deliberately. Suppose the baby is not wounded in the sense that any shrapnel has pierced its skin. Suppose it was rather injured by the blast itself. It’s not “wounded” in English, as far as I understand the language, but it might be equally dangerous.
