Many thanks. I am deeply touched by the offer and the suggestion. I actually do have the money, though, and by reasonable standards I can afford to part with it.

This video may just be the tipping point in a process that has been going for a while. Health allowing, I have made up my mind to do it. I think I have always known I would, I just had to go through an internal debate to satisfy the poor boy from the trailer park who is still the starting point of my self awareness. I have, after all, been a real live space nut since Sputnik, and have spent a big part of my life in aviation. There are 600+ people already signed up so it will be a while, probably several years. I can wait.
