Ok! Speaking of Quinoa (I’m a little late to the thread); I’m also a fan. I replaced rice with quinoa in my diet.

My slightly-out-of-touch Congresswoman, Anna Eshoo, is obsessed with steel-cut oats. (I know, it’s a lame segue from quinoa). So much so that she donated money to the local food bank so they can go to some ritzy-yuppie grocery store (Sprouts) and get steel-cut oats instead of the usual corn grit they usually dole out to indigent seniors
