They only care that the Oppressive side of the aisle is in ascension.

BTW, since we’re on the subject – take a gander at the History channel special ‘The Reich’ on the rise and fall.

During the rise a majority in Germany was in favor of their Dear Leader – and afterwards during the fall everyone was against him.
