Whoa - how come you have to take vicodin?

See post above - it’s my quarterly, out-of-the-blue lower back problem. Can’t stand up straight, can’t put any weight on my back (even getting in and out of bed is painful). Goes away after a few days. It’s my “visitor”. Must be congenital - been like since for several decades. Going to start doing more sit ups and “good mornings” next week, strengthen my core.
