The “really secure facility” is the problem. About 3 decades ago someone built a “secure storage facility” in the Denver area. The supposed advantage was that your valuables would be accessible to you 24/7, not just during bank hours. Need I say that within a year, it was burgled and it closed.

Is a really cool word for something that sucks.
