My thought was to block the roads, then turn off the power and water. They claim to have generators, but the fuel won’t last forever. And without water, I suspect the place wouldn’t be habitable for long.

Indict the lot of them on RICO charges while they’re in there, then seize all the homes, cars and businesses they left behind.
