Yeah, I caught that over the weekend.

He’s suing the SPLC, as if the SPLC doesn’t know how to deal with lawsuits like this.

He got exposed as a racist bigot whose organization is a racist group and properly called as such. SPLC gets to do discovery, which includes document searches, email searches, text searches, and other data collection to show that he and that group are precisely catalogued as hate groups.

Discovery is a bitch, as he’s going to discover. If he thought this would cow the SPLC, he’s seriously wrong (and it’s a reminder that I’ll have to donate to SPLC here in the next few weeks).

I have them and the ACLU on a small, but monthly, donatation.
