Yeah. But most good blogs have a community driven self policing mechanism in place. Something like how Charles has the exclamation point on posts so you can alert him to bad ones. DKos has HR’s or hide rate abilities. Once a few HR’s are given to a post it disappears. Only problem is you have to be a constant user and high volume commenter to get that privilege. Not sure if MM has anything like that.
