He has a lawyer, but that doesn’t mean that the lawyer was listened to, or the lawyer has a good PR guy to help spin/manage media. Or that the lawyer has good control over setting message/agenda.

Or Zimmerman went ahead and did this, and the lawyer was not entirely in the loop and was told to confirm the site (because Zimmerman needs the money.. to pay for the lawyer and the inevitable fees/costs associated with a criminal trial, and potential civil trials down the line).
