Now, you’ve totally lost me. Romney’s beef was with POTUS saying businesses don’t do things 100% on their own, that they get help. The guy in question, a Romney supporter, admitted that he got help in the form of an IRB:

Industrial-revenue bonds are typically issued by local and state governments to attract new business to an area. They create low-interest loans for new development and startups.
