Disagree. People who have C/C permits are generally the ones you find at the range practicing. But I get your point.

Some? Yes. Others? Not so much. Still others? Don’t really know what happens when they put their booger hook on the bang switch. Sometimes it is easy to think one in the first category is really in the last category by the way they act at the range. And then there are those that practice with ammo that is barely able to cycle their weapon but think they can go out with SuperDuper +P+ firebreathing JHPs…

I’ve seen way too many idiots with CC permits.
