Interesting.
I had a great aunt who made it and it was wonderful.
But that brings up a sore point.
There was a running family debate/rift about matzo ball soup.
Should the matzo balls float, sit in the midst of the soup or sit on the bottom of the bowl?
I heard one fight after another over this.
My personal preference is having them hang in the soup, but it is hard to achieve that perfection.
Other inputs?
