Torturer is an enemy of mankind. It’s really simple. Torturers and those who authorize torture should be prosecuted and imprisoned without exception.

If you’re talking prison as punishment, you know that doesn’t float my boat. I’m Mr. Rehabilitation.

And ‘should’ is a difficult word in this world. But I agree that that is one of the shoulds.
