Gov. Christie should have said when he learned he was not invited he would not show up at CPAC anyway because they are racist kooks but rather he came up with some lame excuse that he was busy.

That would have been Christie’s “Sister Soulja” moment to the crazy white base of the GOP.

As long as the GOP is courting these kooks the GOP will never recover as a party beyond their regional and shrinking base.

Could have been…could have just as easily been political seppuku.
