They changed the policy so now there are no late fees or return dates for in-store exchanges. They did that by now including the store exchanges as part of your plan instead of being a “free” movie.

Blockbuster Eliminating Due Dates on In-Store Exchanges; Counting In-Store Exchanges as Part of Plan

Blockbuster is now a penny stock, fending off rumors they are preparing to declare bankruptcy.

I use both BB Online Access and Netflix, and have found in the 2 years I have been a member of both that Netflix is constantly getting better and better and a more equitable value while BB gets nothing but worse and a bigger hassle with each “new ” change, with less value.

I can believe it. A higher up in one of the brick and mortar video chains sent my husband an email with his resume attached, saying that though he has a job, he is definitely looking around.

Agreed on Netflix. No hassle, quick, perfect site. I’m a BB dropout.
