Which is why the death penalty is always stupid. It always means you’re going to wind up executing innocent people.

I don’t have a problem with people who are against the DP. Give the guilty an 8 x 10 cell. No radio, no TV, 1 book a week. No commissary. No general population. Problem is, people will argue that even people convicted of first degree murder, if model prisoners, deserve some “perks”. They don’t.
