There have been claims of this or that son captured but no photos - what with all the cell phones and stuff. Is there any hard confirmation, or is this all just propaganda bluff?

It’s hard to tell with the fog of war and all. Stuff from the rebels, reported on Arab media and repeated on twitter should be taken with a huge grain of salt.
