Personally, I think impeachment talks will start coming out of the House in the fall, when most people are paying slightly more attention. I also expect a slow stream of more Democrats to announce they support it over the summer.

The only problem with this is that trump may be stupid enough to start a war by then and the republican battle cry will be “you can have impeachment during a war.” If you delay, you run into election season.

THERE IS, AND NEVER WILL, BE A PERFECT TIME TO START IMPEACHMENT.
