Actually, it’s the opening intro from Lord of War, which is supposed to be the semi-fictional life story of an arms dealer. I say “semi-fictional” because the producers and some fans claim that it’s based off the stories of various known arms dealers.

I’ve seen that sequence and most of the movie. I treat that sequence as a kind of warning of all the things that it takes to bring a round to these 3rd-World wars and that once they get there the round of ammo doesn’t care who it kills. I’m not a fan of the arms-control crowd, though: most of those seeking increased international small arms trade regulations are Tranzis who don’t like America’s 2nd Amendment.
