When does babysitting duty begin?

Dunno, but I have a trip to make! Mother and baby are doing well. He’s, thank G-d all in one piece, and almost 10 lbs. This is insane since my sister is 5’0” and maybe 105 lbs when not pregnant. My brother in law, her husband (who is a great guy) will be calling with more details for upcoming family events.
