The house controls the wallet/purse. Defund it, no need to repeal the law. That’s the issue though, Michael Steele says we have no reason to trust the GOP right now. After voting to spend as much as they have over the past years, I will approach this with extreme caution. I have no reason to trust them either at this point. We’ve heard the rhetoric before, it’s time to put your money where your mouth is.
