Localization tools determine the native language and country of origin of the user, and renders the browser accordingly. It means that if you have a multinational user base, you have to customize your product for every language and cultural group.

Are there any sites/blogs/books/etc. that you know of that really go into the process of localization, or which dig a bit deeper? I’ve got a few days and a lot of time on my hands before this interview. I want to know more so I can get this job. I’m tired of being unemployed. :)
