I’m not following you. From what I can tell, getting the records of military personnel standardized and in portable electronic form is a very good thing. We’ve been working on it for over 10 years, but haven’t gotten very far. Go figure. But if the O can make progress, I say that’s in his plus column.

Am I missing something?
