I worked with one architect once who hired this former underwear model that just go a degree in design from Academy of Art. She was a looker but man she had zero knowledge and talent in architecture — kind of an airhead too. Then he hired someone else whom he was “sponsoring” to become a citizen and paying her peanuts. This was before the days of CAD.
