the constitution doesn’t guarantee anybody the right to be published. it just guarantees that if you manage to find somebody to publish your book - and i guess you could always “self publish” - the government can’t step in and stop it, or jail you because of what it says

I didn’t say it did. What I sated was that he had the Constitutional right to have his work published IF he could find a publisher willing to risk the materials/money to print it.

Actually, it does. He just has to find a publisher who is willing to take the risk of running a few hundred thousand copies off. If he can’t, well that isn’t censorship, just free market capitalism at work.
