Is there any reason to conclude that anybody with a fake name got to vote in that fake name? Or, are there, like, specific measures in place to prevent that?

Just an example, when Bush & Kerry were running eight years ago, Newsweek broke down the voting blocks. One of the blocks was Illegal Aliens. They treated them as a VOTING block!
