Well, yes. I would say he does have a right to call a woman a whore.

He does not have a right to call a woman a whore on a radio station broadcasting to millions every week and not have any advertisers be campaigned by people offended by his First Amendment protected speech.

I just find it weird that the campaign to advertisers (First Amendment free speech mixed in with free market capitalism) is more concerning to KT than the offensive speech from Rush to begin with.
