Channel the energy into learning about lung cancer. Seriously. Make a study of it. Once it all sinks in and you are free of the nicotine addition, you will look at a cigarette like an aids contaminated syringe. Though that is not a really fair comparison as AIDS is far more survivable with medication. Lung cancer is a death sentence.
