No surprise that they might charge him with something if an investigation turns up evidence that warrants it. You can’t do that while he’s still a POW, so the RWNJs should be happy. This is the way it’s supposed to work.

As for the LA Times, it’s almost as though they’ve been bought out by Murdoch.
