Re: shelling, both sides accuse each other. While I don’t trust the terrorist side ever, the Ukrainian side also has an incentive to deny that they are shelling civilian structures (even if that could be justified by the fact that the terrorists use them for military purposes). So I would advise to be skeptical of all such claims.
