What a load of horseshit. Love that they criticize Mueller for not making a simple yes/no decision on whether to pursue criminal obstruction of justice charges while not recognizing that he was expressly prevented from doing so by DOJ regs. I find it likely that they would not like it if he did make a recommendation and this letter further opens it up for Mueller to be asked the simple question: “But for existing DOJ regulations, would you have recommended the President be indicted for obstruction?”

The letter also ignores that Mueller was tasked with something far broader than simply whether the President is a criminal. He was directed to investigate whether and to what extent Russia interfered with the election.
