Yeah, there are plenty of individual conservatives (not major public figures) that are willing to speak up against a fake RW outrage. There are plenty of such fine freethinkers here, for example. But I would argue that many conservatives would reject you as one of their own for doing so. While I imagine most liberals will accept that Adam Serwer is still a liberal even if they don’t agree with this particular point.
