I’ll admit to sometimes going with heels when I want to look dressed up (I’m a terrible feminist, clearly), but yeah, I normally avoid any amount of heel because I like stability and for the above mentioned height reasons.

You can find good heels — but you have to pay.

There is a world of difference in fit and comfort. A shoe should stand on it’s own and be well balanced. So many of the “affordable” heels are flimsy and give no support.
