I had to speak about efforts in Chicago to document black history. It was in honor of womens history month. The other speaker was talking about documentation of 2nd wave feminists. I started to say something snarky during the Q&A in regards to conservative women being neglected in the womens movement but I held my tongue. It was not the place for it and honestly my views would piss off most donors.

Holding your tongue in a situation like that is hard. I admire your ability to weigh the pros and cons of speaking out or keeping your mouth shut. Smart girl.
