I know. I tend to get one or two pair a year, now that I am old and can’t torture myself with ill fitting shoes anymore. I used to walk out with 5 or 6 at a time.

I spend the same amount of money, just get less shoe.

Oddly enough, I’ve probably had better luck with finding proper fitting shoes from the bargain rack at DSW than I have looking at stocked stuff there and elsewhere. It’s the most bizarre thing. I always seem to fall between sizes elsewhere, but the stuff in back just seems to fit (Even if it’s listed as a size higher than what I normally take. I don’t try to make sense of it anymore).
