Good article - the uncle said it best, they were losers. I don’t even think they were planning to go out in a big suicidal finish - they believed they were not going to get caught.

Unfortunately these two dim-witted freaks managed to get it together enough to hurt a lot of people.

Tamerlin (aka Tamer the Lame) my have been as dumb as a box of hammers, but the kid was on a scholarship (awarded by his community) to attend UMass Dartmouth. Not a dimwit. A romantic naive kid, but not dumb. Still can’t imagine why he went along with the plan, but as The Boss wrote in Nebraska “man turns his back on his brother, he ain’t no friend of mine”.

Not an endorsement, just an observation.
