Ferguson, and I dare suspect, more of Missouri, are NOT going to get fixed on their own. They don’t think they have a problem. In Los Angeles, it took a Federal Consent Decree. I suspect Missouri is headed this way.

Don’t wait on Chief Justice Roberts to help fix it.
