O/T but this is so mind-numbingly stupid/ridiculous:

No truth in package advertising…

OK, the package says “8 fully cooked pork sausage links”.
Directions on the box say “Remove 3 thawed links from plastic pouch”. (Right there, I’m thinking “8 links, but only do 3 at a time…how does that work?”)
Open the box, there are two plastic pouches, each containing FIVE links for a total of TEN links (not eight).

No matter how much algebra you know, the math doesn’t work.
It just doesn’t work…
