So there’s this guy, Dave Ramsey, who makes a TON of money off selling “Christian” financial advice. His shtick is the “Financial Peace University,” which a lot of churches license from him because his advice includes telling people to pay tithing (he personally pays gross) on their income, even if they’re having financial hardships or are in debt.

Well, it turns out this ASSHAT got all bent out of shape because the resort he was going to hold a $10,000 a head convention to teach people how they can do what he does (make money grifting on financial uncertainty) was requiring masks. He called the people who work at the hotel making low wages “twerps.”

However, it seems that the reason Ramsey is currently taking shit is because he is insisting on holding a Christmas party with 800 invitees, even though his business has had 50 people sick with COVID already. This ASSHAT says:

“Fear is not a fruit of the spirit,” he told his employees in the meeting, while rallying them to step up their performance during the holiday season. “It is not on the list. And so, while sometimes I am afraid, I do not make decisions — and I do not let my behaviors be — dictated by fear unless it involves getting out of the way of a car that is coming toward me.”

As a result, Dave Ramsey is being dragged by Evangelical-adjacent Twitter. Apparently he has staff who search out people who are critical of him and blocks them. Pleased to be blocked by this ASSHAT.
