The S.Ct. affirmed the lower court’s imposition of $20k in fines. From what I recall, her S.Ct. filing wasn’t even in the form required by the court, and she should have been fined for that as well.
Court filings are very specific as to form and content length, and she ignored all that. The $20k was charitable IMO. She’s wasting everyone’s time and wasting docket space.
At this point, I think they should drop the hammer and hit her with the largest penalty they can.
