The House Judiciary Committee says retired boxing champion Thomas Hearns, former NFL players Ted Johnson, Kyle Turley and Bernie Parrish, and the Rev. Al Sharpton are among witnesses who will appear at next week’s hearing on head injuries in football.

This all makes sense. We have here a boxer who took numerous punches, ex-players who actually played the game and someone whose mental and moral state shows that there are far worse conditions than head concussions if one happens to be a spotlight-seeking, self-serving, murder and violence inciting race pimp.
